Brenda joined PC Peak Development LLC in December 2017 as the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In 2019 she became Office Manager responsible for overall coordination of a broad range of services/resources that allow the organization to operate efficiently. She is adept at wearing many hats and managing multiple stressors, in general Brenda is the “Go to” person. In addition to her skills, she is also highly personable and treats each employee as a valuable part of the team. She leads with encouragement, motivation, and a belief that everyone possesses an important quality that is necessary for the strength of the company. Brenda has been honored with Certificate of Achievement in 2021 and Manager of the Year in 2021, 2022, and 2024. Brenda was born and raised in the DFW Metroplex. She enjoys watching movies, traveling, and is very passionate about spending quality time with her husband and daughters.

Born and raised in Daingerfield, Texas, Charlotte later moved to Dallas, where she graduated from Skyline High School. She went on to earn degrees in Social Work and Psychology from Prairie View A&M University. A proud wife, mother, and grandmother, Charlotte has a deep love and adoration for her family, which is central to everything she does. In 2016, she and her husband, Paul, co-founded PC Peak with the vision of extending their service beyond just building and remodeling homes. Charlotte recognized a growing need to help individuals facing foreclosure or losing property due to delinquent taxes. Her commitment to making a difference goes beyond real estate. Charlotte regularly assists families who are unaware of property left behind by loved ones, helping them settle estates and navigate complicated heirship matters. She has established an Heirship Department within the organization, which has become an invaluable resource for clients in need of assistance. Charlotte finds great joy in making a positive impact on others, and her expertise, compassion, and dedication continue to play a crucial role in the company’s mission to serve families during challenging times.
