What the Job Looks Like

Responsibilities
  • Discuss the best possible solutions for families regarding their real estate assets.
  • Analyze the value and worth of a real estate asset based on its location, condition, and comparison to neighboring properties.
  • Find the heirs who own abandoned real estate and notify them of the pending stage of foreclosure.
  • Ensure the highest disposition potential for families by providing the highest and best offer for their real estate assets.
  • Research fundamental properties through various websites to obtain ownership and property information, such as location, value, etc.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, providing a solid academic foundation.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information and build trust.
  • Professional demeanor, demonstrating reliability, accountability, and respect in all interactions.
  • Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and respond effectively.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes, including CRM platforms and real estate research tools.
  • Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy when working with property information and records.
  • Self-motivated and coachable, open to training, feedback, and continuous improvement.
  • Real estate experience is a plus, but no real estate license or experience required.
