He has over 40 years of experience in real estate investments, management, development, and consulting. Paul is the former owner of Jubilee Mortgage Lending, and the Real Estate Investors Training Center. He’s the past President of the Dallas Association of Realtist and served on the National Board. Paul is passionate about helping those in need and has devoted much of his time to charitable organizations. Paul’s commitment to the real industry and his dedication to the community have made him a respected individual in the business world.

Originally from Dallas, Texas, Nakita Shaw, a mother of two, with more than 15 years of heirship, mortgage and title research experience, sees things that other professionals may overlook. This allows her to help thousands of individuals save their homes and their equity. Nakita is passionate about finding creative ways and solutions to better serve her clients, no matter how complex the scenario may be. She utilizes her knowledge, experience, and unparalleled insight to better understand a client’s concern, making her highly instrumental in any situation. Nakita is a vital resource for those who have inherited property from a loved one.

BRENDA ROSAS

OFFICE MANAGER

Brenda joined PC Peak Development LLC in December 2017 as the Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. In 2019 she became Office Manager responsible for the overall coordination of a broad range of services/resources that allow the organization to operate efficiently. She is adept at wearing many hats and managing multiple stressors; in general, Brenda is the “Go to” person. In addition to her skills, she is also highly personable and treats each employee as a valuable part of the team. She leads with encouragement, motivation, and a belief that everyone possesses an important quality necessary for the strength of the company as a whole. Brenda has been honored with a Certificate of Achievement in 2021 and Manager of the Year in 2021 and 2022.
Brenda was born and raised in the DFW Metroplex. She enjoys watching movies and traveling and is very passionate about spending quality time with her husband and daughter.

CHARLOTTE  LEWIS

CO-FOUNDER

Charlotte has been in real estate over the past twenty years. She spent her childhood years in Daingerfield, Texas and later moved to Dallas, Texas where she graduated from Skyline High School. Her college years at Prairie View A&M University earned her degrees in Social Work and Psychology. She is a proud wife, mother and grandmother, with a deep love and adoration for her family. Charlotte along with husband, Paul, created the company in 2016 to extend their service beyond building and remodeling homes. She noticed a greater need to help individuals facing foreclosure or loss of property due to delinquent taxes. She regularly assists family members that have no knowledge their loved ones have left property behind and helps them settle their family’s estate. She is extremely knowledgeable in heirship and has created an Heirship Department within the organization, which has proven to be incredibly valuable in assisting our clients. She finds much joy in making a positive impact in the lives of others.
